Benton man arrested for murder | News
BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) - A Benton man is under arrest for allegedly stabbing a man to death.
The Saline County Sheriff's Office got a domestic disturbance call Saturday night to a home on North Detoni.
When deputies arrived they found Joseph Gonsalves, 48, suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to Saline Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Deputies arrested Jonathan Albertsen, 23, at the scene and charged him with first degree murder.
Deputies say the disturbance and stabbing occurred between his mother and step-father.
